Loddon

Loddon is in the Broads National Park about 8 miles south of Norwich. It is a lovely little old town with the river Chet meandering through it. It has all the basic amenities (bank, optician, doctor, vets, shops, small supermarket and many places to eat). The broads cruisers moor up to collect supplies and eat here.
The city of Norwich is only 15 mins away and the lovely town of Southwold is an easy drive down the coast and Aldeburgh and the North Norfolk coast are easily accessible from Loddon.

We bought the house and hope one day to retire there when we have given up farming. It is comfortable and beautifully situated. We completely refurbished it with very high quality fittings. But for now, our guests can enjoy its tranquillity and comfort and perhaps sample produce from our farm in the form of sausages and bacon from our own outdoor reared pigs at nearby Earsham Park Farm.(These are in the freezer in the kitchen and there is an honesty box)

We like to try to make our guests feel at home, as we do in our Bed and Breakfast enterprise at the farm, and will try to help with as much local information as possible to enable our guests to get as much as they want out of their stay.
